API keys for sister projects

Issue a Bearer token to call PICO-SEARCH from another app (Tele360, shescooked, etc.). Tokens are shown once and stored as a SHA-256 hash on the server.

Key creation UI lands with the user dashboard polish in the next pass — for now create rows in the api_keys table directly via Supabase Studio.

PICO-SEARCH is a literature search and evidence-synthesis reference — for education, research, and clinical literature review only. Not medical advice. Plain-language answers carry mandatory disclaimers and never include dosing. Every plain-mode call is recorded in usage_events for audit.
